1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CampHousing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company or property operator, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Our Service
CampHousing provides software tools for accommodation and camp operations, including booking workflows, cleaning coordination, inspection tracking, team visibility, and related operational features.
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, especially while the product is in pilot or early-access stages.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, misleading, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the operational data you upload, import, sync, or otherwise submit to CampHousing. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that data with our service.
You are responsible for configuring your workflows, reviewing outputs, and ensuring that operational decisions made with the software fit your own legal and business requirements.
5. Third-Party Integrations
CampHousing may support integrations with third-party providers such as identity services, booking channels, or property-management tools. Your use of those integrations may also be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or the accuracy of data they provide.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use CampHousing for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, accounts, or related systems.
- Interfere with service integrity, security, or performance, including through automated abuse or reverse engineering beyond what is allowed by law.
- Upload data that infringes rights, violates confidentiality obligations, or contains malicious code.
7. Fees and Commercial Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CampHousing may offer free, pilot, trial, or paid access. If paid plans are introduced or used, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before charges apply.
8. Intellectual Property
CampHousing and its related content, software, branding, and design are owned by CampHousing or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, expose CampHousing to liability, or if we discontinue the relevant offering.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
CampHousing is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampHousing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the service.
Our total liability for claims relating to CampHousing will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service during the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no fees were paid.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
